Omaldo Perez Participates in Hymn Festival

On Wednesday July 22 a very special Hymn Festival took place in Atlanta, GA. As part of the national biennial conference of the Association for Lutheran Church Musicians (ALCM), our very own Music Director, Omaldo Perez, was involved in the preparation and leading of songs for The Church's Journey in Art and Song.

Organized by celebrated Lutheran organist David Cherwien, this ninety minute art and music extravaganza was attended by more than one thousand participants, and was celebrated at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.

This event marked the starting point for all the preparatory work regarding the Commemoration of the Reformation in 2017. This video will be part of the resources the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and Augsburg Fortress publishing house will be sharing with congregations nation wide!
